The location offers strong public transport access and onsite parking, making it convenient for both practitioners and clients.

We currently have fully furnished consulting rooms available for rent on a casual daily, sessional, or ongoing basis, allowing flexibility for part-time, visiting, or full-time clinicians. These rental consulting rooms are designed specifically for clinical and therapeutic work, offering privacy, comfort, and a professional presentation.


Availability & Rates for Fully Furnished suites in South Melbourne

Consulting rooms are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

  • Full day: $360
  • Half day: $200
    A 50% session fee applies for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking.
