WHY EVALUATE HEALTH

Evaluate Health is a multidisciplinary provider of workplace rehabilitation, injury management, and specialist medical services, operating from Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, and Brisbane, with telehealth consultations available nationwide.

We work closely with employers, insurers, and referring GPs to coordinate care across physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, pain management, and occupational physician referrals — supporting patients through workers’ compensation, CTP , and vocational rehabilitation pathways.
